Web Designer \ Developer

Immediate Employment:
We are seeking a full-time Web Designer with the skill and imagination to help create top-caliber web sites that will revolutionize the design industry for the area. Candidates must have extensive practical experience in graphic design and typography, as well as overall web site design and production skills. Applicants must be fluent in CSS, HTML, Photoshop, Flash, and Illustrator; experience with Flex, and ColdFusion, rich media experience in video/audio podcasting, video streaming, and video/animation integration a plus. Come work with an industry-leading team that pushes boundaries and takes great pleasure in outstanding design, coding, and user experience.


Job Responsibilities will include:

  • Designing solutions that meet or exceed project goals
  • Creating or developing interactive design concepts
  • Designing: interactive page layouts; site grids and interface demos; photo retouching and enhancements
  • Building and maintaining a team rapport with creative team personnel, account managers, & project managers

Job Requirements:

  • Strong design portfolio with 3+ years design and interactive work experience
  • Developed and diverse communication skills
  • Ability to articulate creative ideas
  • Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines
  • A solid working knowledge of the latest versions of Photoshop and Illustrator
  • A solid working knowledge of the Dreamweaver / HTML / CSS
  • Comprehensive understanding of interactivity and the Web
  • Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative people
  • Solid footing on the line between creative expression and commercial reality
  • Self motivated, organized and accountable
Preferably a strong portfolio with the following: illustration in both electronic and traditional media, Flash and/or After Effects animation

Sales Executive / Project Manger

Immediate Employment:
Project Manager: Advertising & Marketing Company looking for qualified personnel 3 - 5 years sales experience needed in outside sales.

Our Company is seeking an Project Manager to market and sell our business to business services for commercial customers in the Fayetteville, Wilmington, & Raleigh areas.

Job Responsibilities will include:
· Establishing business relationships with assigned customers.
· Providing on-site client needs assessments and product demonstrations.
· Preparing quotes, invoices or orders for prospective customers.
· Attend and participate in chamber events, local trade shows and business seminars.
· Assist assigned customers with technical issues and concerns.

Job Requirements:
· 3-5 years sales experience desired; selling solutions from one or more of the following technologies is preferred: Design, Advertising, Marketing, any internet related field.
· Ability to manage a customer base and maintain a quota and a territory is required. Industry sales certifications (CTS) and a college degree will be a plus but is not required.
· Looking for people with aggressive sales personality, high energy and a strong desire to be successful.
· Computer skills: sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows, as well as the programs; Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook required. Knowledge of graphics and web development programs a plus but not required.
· Proven ability to work in a results-oriented and high-pressure work environment.
· Must have access to reliable transportation.
· Access to Laptop for sales presentations a plus.
